Excellent on every level with great

Dr. Wernow is committed to practicing patient-centered care, keeping patients’ concerns as her top priority. She believes one of the most important characteristics of a health care provider is compassion and empathy. She says getting to know her patients motivates her to do her best. She believes one of the best parts of her job is how much she learns from her patients—hopefully as much as they learn from her.
In her spare time, Dr. Wernow enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys hiking, hanging out by the beach, visiting museums, and most things outdoors in the great San Diego area. Dr. Wernow is greatly looking forward to meeting you and becoming your local eye care provider.
