My appointment was for 9:15 am but wasn’t seen umtil after 10:00 am.

Dr. Freehill is always so thorough and has a great personality, she makes you feel like you are the most important person she is seeing that day.

I had a 3:30 appointment. I arrived by 3:15 like they said. I had time leave work early and unpaid to do this. I had to leave before even seeing the doctor due to somewhere else I had to be. This was at 5:00p.m.

Have only seen her once so far. She’s very easy to talk to. Listens to all my concerns & addresses each one so that I understand completely.

I switched to Dr Freehill when my old dr told me I “shouldn’t be hurting so bad” and didn’t understand. Dr Freehill quickly got answers for me and now for the first time in 5 hrs I can walk with NO pain at all. Wouldn’t trade her for nothing!!

The ONLY concern that I have is the waiting period. You can count on being there almost 45-60 minutes past your appt time. Don’t pack so many appts together. People don’t like sitting in a packed waiting room.

Top notch! Extremely helpful in talking through treatment/corrective options. Have been treated for two different issues (across five appointments) and have been well pleased with every encounter. Also worth noting, the rehab centers at these clinics are staffed with great PTs and assistants.

It seems to me this place must buy steroids by the fifty gallon drum, that all they ever want to do is give you a shot of steroids. She acted like nothing was wrong with me when I refused the shot. As it turned out my knee was really bad with a torn meniscus and full of bone necrosis, which she said I didn't have. Had to go to a different surgeon to get it fixed.

Dr. Freehill found my problem when my primary Dr. kept saying it was just arthritis. After my first visit, I've been pain free! So glad I went for a second opinion!

She saved my life by insisting that I get checked for a blood clot, and she was correct and I got admitted to the hospital and received treatment. She performed knee replacement on me in November of 2019 and it got rid of nagging severe pain. The only negative is that she runs behind a lot for appointments, but I feel that her expertise and caring attitude are worth waiting for.

At the first appointment Dr. Freehill was very distant and seemed preoccupied. I felt she didn't have time for a fracture as simple as mine. The next two appointments were better. The last one she seemed to relate to me more as a person.

She saved my life! What I thought was severe knee pain in August 2017, she accurately diagnosed as a blood clot, which test showed to be a DVT from the back of my knee down to my ankle. I still see her every 3 mos for knee pain.

Had knee surgery 6 weeks ago, very happy with the results.

Overall wait time of 1 hr 15 minutes prior to being called back to begin my visit process was excessive. Dr and staff were very pleasant & customer focused once the visit actually began.

I like Dr. Freehill. They were late getting to me this morning due to an emergency surgery, but such things happen. I was told that they tried to call me but I had no record of it on my phone, so I don't know who they called, it sure wasn't me.
