Dr. Andy Kranenburg is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgery. He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, completed his residency at the Oregon Health and Science University and was fellowship-trained through the San Francisco Spine Institute. He also serves as co-Medical Director of the Providence Medford Medical Center Spine Institute.
"I grew up in Southern Oregon and wanted to return to raise my family. I had some injuries when I was younger and it inspired me to help other people who were hurt."
Dr. Kranenburg loves living in Southern Oregon and appreciates the quality of life available outside of the operating room. He coaches multiple youth sports and was the YMCA Volunteer of the Year in 2013.

He’s better than a 5 star!
I am finally encouraged about my back pain which has gone on for over 3 years. Dr Kranenburg was direct and to the point of a plan for my back problem. I am very hopeful and I hope the insurance okay’s it quickly.
He cares about your needs and wants to do whatever is best for you
Nice visit very informative but had to wait in patient room for one hour past my scheduled appointment time. Otherwise I would have gave him a 5 rating

Very informative and efficient with positive bedside manner.I know Dr's are very short of time and it's challenging to create an atmosphere of concern and caring.Dr Kranenburg has the ability to overcome the limits of time.

Overbooked 1 1/2 hours behind for appointment in all fairness they offered to reschedule but the last time I scheduled it was months out so I just wanted to get it over. I forgot half what I wanted to ask just to get out of there.wish I could do it again to get more help. Great surgeon thow, amazing guy.
