Making a patient wait for over an hour, without notifying them of his tardiness, leaving it entirely up to the patient to ask and inquire, is very disrespectful. My time is just as important as his time.
He explained the process and procedures and provided time to answer any questions.
No complaints about surgery result but waited 45 minutes on telehealth appointment before hanging up and then nurse called to say he was running late and could be there in 5 more minutes.
Dr. Yang was kind and professional. He answered all our questions and explained everything in great detail. He was very caring.
