He explained the process and procedures and provided time to answer any questions.
No complaints about surgery result but waited 45 minutes on telehealth appointment before hanging up and then nurse called to say he was running late and could be there in 5 more minutes.
Dr. Yang was kind and professional. He answered all our questions and explained everything in great detail. He was very caring.

Dr Yang is an excellent physician; knowledgeable, communicative, forthright and conversational.
Dr Yang was very good and informative he explained what vns was and how it works also how it's going to be implanted also talk about the great work it's going to be doing and what it could go wrong with it. He was very polite and helpful understanding with our questions. I'd recommend him for other patients.
