The reviews listed below were collected independently of Ohio ENT and Allergy Physicians through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
While the staff were kind and welcoming, my experience with the physician was disappointing. I came in with concerns about my tonsils, breathing, and sleep, but felt dismissed and rushed. The doctor spoke in a monotone, didn’t acknowledge my concerns or anxiety, and the exam felt abrupt. When I mentioned a sensitive gag reflex, he talked over me and proceeded without any reassurance. I left feeling unheard and discouraged. I wouldn’t recommend this provider to those looking for empathetic, collaborative care, although the rest of the team was lovely.

Friendly, but his mind seemed like it was somewhere else. Very short visit for a first time being seen like it was just another follow up. Seemed like he could be dishonest. Lack of eye contact when answering questions.

Dr Tompkins was extremely thorough in his explanation of how ear infections occur, how tubes would help, any associated risks and need to knows, and was personable and friendly for the whole meeting. I would recommend to all!

We absolutely love Dr Tompkins! He's so good with my 1.5 year old and has been great with him since he was 7 months old! His office staff is so fantastic as well

Dr. Tompkins did not do a very good job getting to know my concerns as a patient. The tone felt dismissive overall and the interaction rushed. Just not great “bedside manner.”
