Dr. Tompkins completed an intensive 3-year surgical foot and ankle residency at the prestigious Medstar Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University Hospital located in Washington, DC. Continuing his education, Dr. Tompkins completed a surgical fellowship at The Foot and Ankle Specialists of Ohio.
