Dr. Staiger is very great doctor and advocates for his patients. He put patients needs before anything else. Anyone can be a doctor, but it needs understanding and patients care than just being a doctor.

Dr Staiger told me what to expect before my surgery and he was spot on. He very professional and caring. I only wish I would've gone to him when I first injured my wrist.

The X-ray was up on the computer screen in the room and I had to ask Dr. Staiger to show me the area of concern and explain it. I don't think any MD should assume that the patient does not deserve or isn't intelligent enough to have the image of his body part explained. How about if the MD doesn't want to take the time to explain a test result, the patient or insurance isn't billed for it? What a disappointment for the 3 minutes and 32 seconds he was in the room.

I had heard others complain of racism. I did not experience that at all - he was absolutely wonderful to work with! A true gem! Thank you Dr. S!

Dr Steiger is a very great surgeon. I was a bit disappointed today with the scheduling department as I was supposed to get an injection in my knuckle today and it ended up being a consult.

I’m a Disabled vet and my insurance is through the VA. I realize that he and the other staff aren’t getting the compensation that they deserve or earned. But I was always treated like a full paying patient from Dr Steiger and everyone else at the facility as well as the surgical center. Thanks you.

He knows his stuff and is willing to listen to your concerns. Only reason for 4 stars is my symptoms haven't been resolved after PT and injections.

Dr. Staiger does not introduce himself, seemed in a hurry, and is not overly friendly. PA C.Davis was cordial, reassuring and informative.

Awesome surgeon, great bedside manner. He repaired my broken wrist and hand. Dr. Staiger and every member of the St. Cloud Surgery Center and St. Cloud Orthopedic Center were fabulous. I don't recommend breaking a bone, but if it happens, Dr. Staiger and his team will take great care of you.

He was in with me for no more then 2 minutes. The PA asked all the questions and did the injection.

Dr. Staiger is very caring, extremely knowledgeable, gentle, committed, and sincere. I also appreciate his dry sense of humor. He's very personable once you get past his highly intelligent and serious shell. He is a great physician.

Doctor stagger was

Not very informative or friendly.

I felt this doctor didn’t have good bed side manners. He didn’t even ask me how I was doing or how I injured myself. He saw me for no more than three minutes and didn’t go over my pain management plan. After I was re-casted, he wasn’t going to come in to check on the cast or maybe go over my medication Plan. I asked for him to come back to the room and he he gave me no more than two minutes of his time. I felt that he was almost irritated that I asked him to come back and talk to me. When he came back in, he didn’t even check the cast or asked me how it felt. Very poor customer service skills.

Great surgeon but would have liked to have had Dr Staiger personally see me after my first post op after surgery. Instead I saw a PA named Larry. He was good and informative BUT I think it would have been more appropriate for me to have been able to talk to my surgeon !!

I have 100% faith in him: his diagnoses, suggestions, treatment. At first he may seem not to be personable and friendly. However, I realized he just has a dry sense of humor and is a very likable guy. He is incredibly intelligent, concerned, and practical. I trust him with my care.
