Dr. Andrew Staiger specializes in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and also holds a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopedic Hand Surgery from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He completed his fellowship in Hand Surgery in 2000 at the University of Minnesota, at which time he joined St. Cloud Orthopedics.

Didn’t get much time with him. Spent close to 2 hours in clinic for less than a 5 minute consultation. He satisfied the questions on. My hand injury but I thought when the appointment was set it would also address my on going problems. He said they would have to fuzemy wrist but offered no other feedback. I guess I was looking for a second opinion from the first Dr I saw about my hands
He spent 5 minutes with me, said I should have a cortisone injection but couldn't possibly do it today...had to be scheduled another day. They take a few minutes but he wanted me to continue to suffer I guess. VERY UNHAPPY!!!
Listened to my concerns & questions. Laughed w/me & gave me straight answers.
Thank you!
Staiger is open to questions. He is understandable. He knows what needs to be done and stands by his work. I have no issues/concerns with my surgery. Healing up great.
His assistants and himself have an excellent and calming manner. They listened to me about what I needed to continue working, and not wanting surgery.
Informative and caring.
Nice. Explained alternative routes before surgery.
Friendly and answered all my questions.
I have, over many yrs, seen lots of orthopedic Drs. I have never found one that spoke “Patient” or had a bed side manner that made me believe they really heard me or cared to hear me. This one is totally committed to his training and his patients.
