We had a very good conversation about my condition. He responded the way I hoped.
Dr ritting is a great doctor and kind human being. I always appreciate seeing him and his knowledge and assurances for my treatment plan.
Is compassionate and listens to your concerns.
A plus
His team and dr allayed my physical and emotional trauma that day of surgery, the post op care has been the same giving me information & prognosis
Interaction with the doctor was fine. Recognizing I am a retired MD, I was disturbed that a series of x-rays of my shoulders was performed without anyone taking a current history as to what my current problem was, i.e., why I made the appointment. That said, having seen Dr. Retting previously for upper arm/shoulder issues following a fall, it would be logical to assume that’s why I returned, or perhaps notes had been made when I made called to make the appointment, but, at least on the day of the appointment no one made that inquiry require prior to the x-rays being done. All things considered, to be fair, if I were not a retired doctor, I think the majority of patients wouldn’t have given it a second thought..
Always a great experience -Dr. Ritting is always professional and has a great bed side manner…
Great caring Dr. Something you don't find to often these days. And he is easy to trust..
Always on time and yet still manages to not rush you through your appointment. Very professional. Takes his time to explain your options. I was not fond of getting the cortisone shots, but honestly, shot themselves were yuck and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Ritting.
Very down to earth and honest. Answers my questions quick and professionally. Actually it is refreshing not to go to a doctor's office and feel like I am bothering them Dr. Rittings is very patient with me
