Dr. Raxenberg is an excellent physician. I recently moved from the North and obtained him as my primary doctor. He assertively and efficiently ordered many different entities to check every aspect of my health to make sure my health is up-to-date. Most importantly, Dr. Raxenberg made sure to be aware and knowledgeable regarding health insurance policies, as well as stated the correct verbiage to make sure my insurance company would cover X, Y & Z. As a social worker, I am trained in communication skills; and was impressed to observe how thoroughly Dr. Raxenberg focuses on “individualizes each patient” to grow a healthy patient-doctor relationship, as well as remaining empathetic.

DR RAXENBERG ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO ADDRESS ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS

Spends plenty of time with you and listens to the problem.. also he’ll attempt multiple measures to remedy the situation.

Dr Raxenburg takes his time with both of us. He is very detail oriented and addresses any of our health concerns with professional and positive suggestions.

I AM RATHER DISGUSTED WITH THE WAIT TIME TO GET LAB WORK DONE. IF YOU MAKE APPOINTMENTS, THERE IS NO REASON A PERSON SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 1 AND 1.\/2 HOURS TO HAVE BLOOD DRAWN, IF YOU MANDATE BLOOD TESTS, THEY SHOULD BE DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME

Waited over an hour for blood draw. Presume a shortage of people.

Today I was there today to give blood & urine. Next visit is to go through the results

As soon as Dr Raxenberg enters the room, you feel a sense of calmness, his manners, his interest in your wellbeing. He is so thorough: he sends follow up notes to your other doctor if necessary. I am very happy with him. Need more primary care physicians like him.

He always takes time to listen to you so you can let him know how you are feeling and what you need to discuss. I think this is so important. A lot of doctors you walk in and the meeting is over in ten minutes and you haven’t had a chance to let him know how you feel
