Dr. Racette has a very personable approach, explaining conditions, situations, and options.
So when he walked in he had a great smile he kept apologizing he was late I appreciates that.he did my skin cancer removal but then things changed he found another spot on face n wanted to do a freeze I had never herd of so I was freaked out cause it's a painful way to remove cancer cells. felt like he was very impatient and kind of arrogant I wanted to wait because I had just did a procedric so I wanted to get some information on the freeze and doing my face and it was like well Merry Christmas walked out the door and then you kind of stopped and said well we'll see next month so I kind of felt like he was a little rude it didn't make me comftable. Maybe he was just in a hurry and had a bad day but it was my first time going through this I was already nervous
He got the job done. Healing should go good.
