He is though, easy to talk to, explains needed procedure in an understandable way. I like the office staff and the printed information the monthly schedule for visits and eye drops. Very impressive! I will definitely recommend Envision to others. Maybe you can work on the wait times. I had to wait over an hour ,then more wait time after initial pressure and vision check. I was there 2 hours.

Dr. Polk is an exceptional doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. His beside manner is kind, caring and never rushed. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure and to answer all my questions.
