My 96 year old father in law had surgery to both eyes. While we knew his left eye had ocular nerve damage the new lens improved his vision enough to be corrected with glasses. However the real success story is his right eye! We spent the extra to get the better lens and the end result is 20/20 in that eye. At 96 what more could you ask for? This was a great experience and it’s because of the entire team! Thank you!

Very professional and accommodating doctor and staff.
Dr. Polk's manner was excellent. however, he recommended use of xdemvy, indicating that I would be called within 48 hours for a cost/price discussion. I have heard nothing and when I called today I was transferred to a phone that no one answered and no opportunity for a message. I will call the Envision office tomorrow.
