Dr. Ortega is wonderful. He has been my doctor since 2008 and I would never change. However is nurse, Eunice, is very rude and disrespecting toward me. It is now Thursday and I saw Dr. Ortega on Monday. She said she would mail me my paper scripts for my medication and I am still waiting. I have always walked out with my medication paper scripts!!! She told me all the times I had not answered her calls but last year I had to plan my wedding and lost two dear friends to Covid. I just listened to her rambling. I have my PH D in education with over 32 years of teaching and being an administrator. She must never do all this to me again!! The doctor needs to tell her to respect his patients, please. Thank you.

Like I said”Lack of Communication.
