This is the second issue I’ve seen Dr. Murphy for and he’s always impressed me in his ability to explain the problem and treatment options. Also like that he takes a conservative approach.

This was my first visit. While, as at most doctors' offices, I had to wait a while, once seen Dr Murphy and another doctor both took a lot of time with me to explain what was going on, to go through options and to answer my questions. I felt like they really cared about my situation and wanted to find the best solution without necessarily rushing to surgery.

Dr Murphy always takes time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions.

Brought disc and paper work stating tare in 2 ligaments in ankle. I don't think he even looked at paper work.because all he said was sprang of unspecified ligaments. MRI and findings stated 2 ligaments torn. I was sent home still in pain will never go back. Will be seeking doctor who will actually look at paper work from other orthopedic doctor.

Doctor was very informative and kind. The X-ray nurse was kind. The lady who went over my prescription and the lady who set my appointment were very kind also. The young Caucasian girl at the front desk insisted that she could not help me because I did not have my Insurance card, that sucked because it was trying just for me to get there in the first place, but the black lady on the side decided to help me anyway and she was so courteous and attentive to my needs. It took less than 3 minutes for her to pull my information up. I really appreciate workers that don't mind serving the people. I seena couple go before me also while I had been sitting there patiently but I guess they needed to be seen immediately. All in all it was a good experience with everyone coming together and working for the best interest of the patients, except for the young lady at the front desk, maybe she did not know how to check my information so I give you all 4 stars. Also the place was very clean, I like that

Dr. Murphy is a wonderful doctor. The statements below have nothing to do with Dr. Murphy. He is caring and compassionate. The check-in desk and X-ray tech are not friendly at all. I would drastically change the attitudes of the ancillary staff if it were my office. The Campbell Clinic used to be so much better than it is now.

Dr Murphy gave me my life back. Prior to my surgery I had constant pain in my foot which caused me to have a lot of trouble walking. 4 months after the surgery I am pain-free.
