Brought disc and paper work stating tare in 2 ligaments in ankle. I don't think he even looked at paper work.because all he said was sprang of unspecified ligaments. MRI and findings stated 2 ligaments torn. I was sent home still in pain will never go back. Will be seeking doctor who will actually look at paper work from other orthopedic doctor.

My appointment was at 4:00 pm. They expedited my wait time by having me preregister online. That saved a ton of time vs me filling out paperwork when I arrived. I saw Dr. Murphy who was just excellent. He was thorough and listened to my issues with my ankles. He suggested several solutions concluding with trying one then another if one didn’t work. I was out by 4:50 pm. Great experience.

Doctor was very informative and kind. The X-ray nurse was kind. The lady who went over my prescription and the lady who set my appointment were very kind also. The young Caucasian girl at the front desk insisted that she could not help me because I did not have my Insurance card, that sucked because it was trying just for me to get there in the first place, but the black lady on the side decided to help me anyway and she was so courteous and attentive to my needs. It took less than 3 minutes for her to pull my information up. I really appreciate workers that don't mind serving the people. I seena couple go before me also while I had been sitting there patiently but I guess they needed to be seen immediately. All in all it was a good experience with everyone coming together and working for the best interest of the patients, except for the young lady at the front desk, maybe she did not know how to check my information so I give you all 4 stars. Also the place was very clean, I like that

Dr. Murphy was fine, but he left me with Dr. Zhoa who actually experienced an accident while working with me. I didn't feel that my visit was completed. I was not assured of next steps or next visits. I didn't feel valued as a client.

Great doctor

Prescription for post surgery medicine was not called in until 30 minutes before CVS closed. My daughter called multiple times to Dr Murphy’s assistant, but the calls were not returned. Dr. Murphy told me the morning of surgery that he wanted me to come in earlier than I was scheduled for post op appointment. He said he was going to tell his assistant to set that up. My daughter and I both called and left messages for his assistant to verify that date, but those calls were not returned either. There was one missed call from his office, but there was no message left.
