Compassionate and willing to listen. He is the first care provider to give me even a glimmer of hope that there is a possible solution to what I am going through. He is also the first provider to say he was sorry for what I have been going through. That alone meant so much to me. So much better to hear compassion then "your just unlucky".

Have a very serious hip/femur injury. Doctor explained everything to me clearly - lots of the information was the first time I was exposed to after two months of care elsewhere. Then came up with a future plan of a of action. Thank you doctor.

Dr Mulder was very thorough, explained everything so that I could know what was going on with my hip. His assistant gave me an injection and she too was great at explaining what she would do and while she was giving the injection. Love them both.

My husband said he DOES NOT do ratings however today was different!! He was extremely impressed by the whole visit as was I. We were treated like we were the only people in the whole office; not rushed, all our questions were answered, no pressure, straight forward, to the point and everyone explained things wonderfully and clearly. Dr Mulder even took time at the end of the visit to sit for a bit and visit with our 10 year old daughter about her summer. Light hearted and fun but also serious and to the point. Even the surgery scheduling, although very overwhelming with all the appointments needed felt a bit easier with all the same kind treatment. Thank you all for making something as difficult as a hip replacement a bit easier to handle.

I saw Dr. Mulder for the first time and felt he was thorough and had tests run that will hopefully let me know how to proceed.

Excellent orthopedic Dr. Has ability to assess wholistic, meaning considering all aspects, joints etc for cause of pain with persistence to get to the root of it!

Explained diagnosis/treatment exceptionally well. Also, included PT which can be tough.

I forgot to tell Dr Mulder he was highly recommended by my friend. I didn’t specifically request him, but was lucky enough to be seen by him. Very thorough and explained my options in layman’s terms, so I felt comfortable with my decision.

We were very happy with his down to earth explanation and genuine concern for what my issue was. Would definitely recommend him and see him if the need arrives in the future.

I can't say I am unhappy with Dr Mulder, except that I never saw him. I had a 3:20 appointment. I didn't get called in until after 4. I saw a student and a PA, but not the doctor. No one offered an explanation or an apology.

I found Dr. Mulder to be very personable and professional. He answered all my questions I had for him, and did not make me feel like he was rushing me. I would recommend him for a consult, although he has not done surgery on me yet. So I can’t speak to his skills in that area.
