Dr. Andrew Mulder is a board-certified hip and knee surgeon specializing in primary and complex revision hip and knee replacement surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Detroit Medical Center in 2012, and completed a fellowship in hip and knee replacement surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio in 2013. Understanding that each patient is unique, Dr. Mulder uses a personalized approach to hip and knee replacement surgery utilizing minimally-invasive muscle-sparing techniques, computer navigation, and robotic assistance when appropriate. Dr. Mulder is the author of multiple hip and knee-related publications and is an active member in the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS).

My visit with Dr Mulder today was to just verify that my hip replacement incision looked okay, but mostly I truly wanted to Thank him in person for saving my life! The pain I was dealing with for the past 7 months not only took a toll on me physically, but mentally I fell to a pretty dark place. I am only 10 days post-op, but I feel like a completely different person! He and his PA Hans are truly amazing, and I will forever feel more gratitude than they will ever know! Thank You again Dr Mulder! 🙂
Dr Mulder was running late, I have no problem with that. I would have appreciated knowing this as I would have planned differently. My appt was at 2:20, I left st 4:00.
