Out of my many colonoscopies over the years, this was the most "pleasant". The prep solution was not disagreeable (thank goodness!), instructions were mailed plus sent again in an email to download, I received helpful texts and even a video. I really like Dr. Mason and all his staff was courteous and professional. I was expecting a delay since this was a late afternoon appointment, but everything went as scheduled. So, I highly recommend Dr Mason & staff for turning my dread into a good experience.

This is the second specialist I went to see for my problems, and he actually listened and took the time to help come up with a plan. The first guy from pres didn’t really listen to my problems and had a “get out the door” attitude. Super bummed for a long time, but Dr. Mason helped me feel hopeful that I won’t have to deal with the pain and discomfort much longer!

Endoscopy went well. Had lower right abdomen pain for two days after and called your office. Doc on call told me to get checked. Turns out I have appendicitis and will be heading to hospital soon. Thank you for telling me to get checked.
