After waiting 2 months for a "follow up" appointment for the ever growing brain tumor that I have and a first time meeting with my Dr., the very first thing he says to me was, "what brings you in today, how can I help you?". What the hell kinda question is that I thought. Did he not read my chart, ever? He quickly went into showing me the last MRI images taken and went into the changes in its size and that it is now quite large. There was no real sense of urgency to remove it. In fact he said that it should "come out sometime in 2026". I said, it's causing "optic chiasm issues" as I was told, I stated my entire libido and sex drive are no where present, I have constant headaches around the clock, I'm fatigued, grouchy, irritable, easily agitated, I can't see well etc. I made it clear I want it taken out ASAP, not later. I would have thought some sense of urgency would have been shown. There wasn't. Unfortunately, I have to wait almost 3 months for a surgery date.

Dr Little listens and doesn’t rush. He explains everything in detail. Draws a diagram if necessary and provides step by step info on the procedure to make sure you understand. He answers all your questions so that you understand. He makes you feel heard and the two of you will work together to come up with the best solution. For a surgeon he has wonderful patient skills. His staff are the same. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I definitely recommend Dr Andrew Little.
