Friendly and informative. He could have taken a little more time to discuss next steps with results. Recovery nurse did, but since he'll be reaching out it would have been nice for him to say that.

Dr. Korson was great. He gave me an overview of what to expect during my procedure and came back to give me the results after I woke up.
I was frustrated because I had to wait for my procedure which was running more than an hour behind schedule. And while I wasn't really getting good updates from the staff, that's not on Dr Korson.
When I spoke to him after the procedure, he said that his very first patient of the day had been a much more complicated case than he had expected and that had put everybody behind. I can certainly understand that and don't fault him for it. In fact I'm grateful that he took the time that was necessary to do the best he could for that patient as well as to do the same thing for me.
If he is still at that office when I need my next colonoscopy, I would happily have him as my doctor again.
