It seemed that the exam went well, and Dr. Hau was personable, but I find it unacceptable that 8 days later I still don’t have the results so fat I can schedule my procedure. I was literally able to get an entire cardiology work up and have all my results in the same day. Why the hold up? I would NOT see Dr. Hsu for anything that needs to be done in a timely manner, nor does anybody in their office answer or return calls. Would NOT recommend

Very disappointing experience. My appointment started over 30 minutes late. There seemed to be confusion about my referral, but instead of taking a moment to verify it or address my concerns, the doctor argued with me and never examined my shoulder. I left feeling like my appointment accomplished nothing and that my concerns were dismissed. I would not recommend this provider.
