Dr. Hsu was friendly, direct, forthcoming! Gave his recommendations, the reasons for each. Thank you!
very professional, listens to what I have to say!
He is rushed, but tries to slow down to address my needs.
took care of me at my appointment.Got me in and out. We'll fast make sure that was okay
Always great. So glad I found him.
I usually leave a 5-star rating for Dr. Hsu. Not this time. I drove 30 miles in a snowstorm to get to this appointment which was the only one available at 7:30 am in the time frame that I needed it. I was promised by the office staff that I would receive a cortisone shot for my right hip. Last week, I saw my PCP expressly to get a referral for the injection. When I got to the office, Dr. Hsu was obviously overbooked; he told me he had "no time" to give me this shot which takes about 10 minutes. The waiting room was full of patients (at 7:30 am!). He prescribed a strong dose of Aleve which I have at home and could take anyway. I just wish that I could have been spared a dangerous drive in a storm over the hill and I wish that he could have informed his office staff that he would not be giving me the pain injection that day so that they could have contacted me and told me. If I had known this, I would have canceled the appointment and saved the gas money, time, and trouble.
I think of Dr. Hsu as a most wonderful doctor that cares about me. I really don't know what I would do without him. I trust him. Thank you Dr. Hsu
