Straightforward and quick
Dr Gould was very personable and cared about my health. I’m eager to start this new journey!!
My son has been a patient of Dr Gould's for many years. My son had an appointment that was scheduled out 3 month in advance to see him for an important medical situation that my son needs to have done. The office rescheduled that appointment to 28 days later. The morning of this appointment they called to reschedule this one too. We were very upset because my son attends an engineering school and it is very hard to get appointments for him. He also needed a surgery scheduled in a specific hospital situation due to medical needs. I called the office back and spoke to a woman telling her I was highly upset. She spoke with doctor and he double booked us 6 days later. After seeing him we were told by him that his assistant would call us the next day to get us scheduled for surgery at a specific hospital. We have never heard from his office! We are very sad this has happened because we had a lot of faith in Dr Gould.
Very nice and eventually understood what I wanted after I got him to listen to me. Instills confidence and I will go to him for a procedure if insurance covers it.
He's great, he listens & is compassionate
