Dr. Andrew Michael Gonzaba, M.D., is an Internal Medicine doctor with Gonzaba Medical Group, specializing in chronic disease management, preventive care, and outpatient primary care. He is dedicated to helping patients through compassionate, personalized medical care.

Dr. Andrew Michael Gonzaba earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine and his Master of Biomedical Sciences from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at the Texas Institute for Graduate Medical Education and Research (TIGMER).

A dedicated member of the medical community, Dr. Gonzaba belongs to the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians. He joined Gonzaba Medical Group in 2026, continuing a lifelong connection, as a third-generation Gonzaba physician and member of the Gonzaba Medical Group family.
