His young assistant does all the job, ask questions, does exams, then you wait 1 hour for him, but before he comes he sends another assistant and when this doctor finally arrives he does not know anything that his assistants asked and he barely exam you.
He was 45 minutes late also

He’s very professional but overworked. There was only one doctor in the office for several patients, during the 3 plus hours I was there

After completing his residency at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, Dr. Garcia completed a glaucoma fellowship at Yale School of Medicine.
Dr. Garcia treats a wide range of ophthalmological conditions, specializing in cataract surgery as well as treatment of glaucoma through laser and minimally invasive surgery. He offers femtosecond laser cataract surgery and presbyopia correcting intraocular lenses.
He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
