Dr Frankel is a great orthopedic doctor for my elderly mother & me as well. However, I confirmed the apt for my Mom with the office for my Mother on Monday this past week for her Synavysc One Knee injections,
Either due to the new computer system put in place by Hopco/Premier’s parent company new software
Software the office may have been told they could not get Synavysc1 injections after failing on Gel One & needing Cortisone in between. Hopco’s management is a disaster with offices from other orthopedic offices & even MRI offices with systems and software transition. I now have to note & call 2 weeks ahead to insure my Mom will get the right knee shots for DJD & pain. But Dr Frankel & the staff I do not believe are at fault. Plus her insurance will pay for Synavysc One.
