Very knowledgeable and kind.
Great doctor - very personable. Answered all of my questions about my upcoming surgery. He’s very honest and said the first two weeks wouldn’t be fun but after that, I would kick myself for not doing it sooner.
I had some concerns about my 1-1/2 year old knee replacement. I came with my list of questions and Dr. Kersten listened to each one and patiently and clearly gave me answers that I was easily able to understand. I have been so pleased with the operation Dr. Kersten performed and all my follow-up visits with him. I would highly recommend him!
Excellent in asking questions to determine medical problem, and confirming with the patient the diagnosis and treatment. Great sense of humor that is welcomed.
Dr Kersten takes the time to walk through all of my concerns and offer the best recommendations for care. I also appreciate his kindness.
Fast, personable, provided great care.
