Dr. Kersten is outstanding. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and didn’t rush through the exam. He explained things in a way that was clear and direct, and his approach was confident without being dismissive. I felt taken seriously and understood. His clinical reasoning was excellent and he laid out a logical plan with next steps that made sense. I left the appointment feeling informed, supported, and actually hopeful. Highly recommend.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Jumped at telling me I needed surgery before confirmation of MRI. Once he knew I didn’t need surgery I felt like he was done. However I needed my pain and lack of mobility addressed. Which he ended up doing.
