He was great. Listened to me and gave me my options. Explained everything really well

I would give negative stars if I could. He didn't even offer to confirm my self diagnosis. I felt dismissed and silly for my concerns about my reproductive organs FALLING OUT of my body. How much discomfort do I need to be in? How agonizing? How "disruptive to my life"? Before you will help me or even offer me advice about slowing the inevitable. When asked worse case scenario if/when my bladder and uterus fall out what should I do? He looked me cold in the eyes and said "shove them back in". And then we wonder why women don't get preventative gynecological care?
Shame on you.

Dr.Crandall has been my absolute favorite OB I’ve ever seen.
I feel heard when I bring up any concerns, and I feel like I can talk to him like he’s a normal human while he’s still being professional. It’s been the best experience, and if I have more kids in the future I will hopefully get to have him as my doctor again!

Dr. Andrew Crandall, D.O., is a dedicated OBGYN with a passion for women's health, particularly in obstetrics. His journey in medicine began with an undergraduate education at Utah Valley University, followed by a master’s degree from Heritage University. He then pursued his medical education at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences.
Dr. Crandall completed his internship at the University of Wyoming Family Medicine, where he spent 20 months as a family medicine resident in rural Wyoming. It was during this time that he discovered his love for obstetrics, procedures, and women’s health, leading him to pursue an OBGYN residency at Michigan State University’s McLaren Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. During his residency, he served as Chief Resident, became credentialed for robotic surgery, and contributed as clinical faculty at Michigan State University.
In his practice, Dr. Crandall focuses on patient-centered care, which involves treating each person according to their preferences and empowering them with the education needed to make informed decisions about their health. He strongly believes in shared decision-making and strives to achieve this with every patient.
Outside of work, Dr. Crandall enjoys staying active through running, snowboarding, and various athletic pursuits. He also loves spending time with his wife and four kids, whether they're cruising around town on their electric bikes or embarking on long-distance motorcycle trips.
