Really cares about my well being
Horrible office staff. My appt. Was at 330, his first appt was at 215 and was still in surgery's at 330 when I arrived he had not yet meet his 215 appt with no call or text to let me know and I drove 1hr one way for my appt. Very unprofessional, if I would have not shown up for an appt I would be charged. But it's OK for cancelation without notification on offices part UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't misunderstand, I accept things happen in surgeries and you do get behind schedule understandable from someone who has delt with multiple surgery's of multiple types but to be behind over 1hr before my appt with no call or text HORRIBLE!!!
Im very pleased with my surgery he performed and how good I breathe now!
Good Dr.
Good doctor, but it seems like he’s always late. For my last two appointments he was an hour and a half late because an emergency, which I get, but no one a half hour in gave me an explanation so I could leave. My last appointment was a 45 minute wait and it was in the morning.
Very pleasant to talk to. Did a great job at fixing my problems. He and his staff did a fantastic job of making my visit go smoothly.
Very thorough! Very impressed!
Very friendly and knowledgeable, no complaints!
