Andy joined Richmond Pediatrics in 2018. An avid student of history, he studied classics at the University of Virginia. In between college and medical school, he worked as both a teacher and a paramedic. Andy had the good fortune to complete both medical school and residency locally at Virginia Commonwealth University. While in school, he was particularly struck by the idea that the best way to love one's neighbor is to love their children; this naturally led to a career in pediatrics.
