Andy joined Richmond Pediatrics in 2018. An avid student of history, he studied classics at the University of Virginia. In between college and medical school, he worked as both a teacher and a paramedic. Andy had the good fortune to complete both medical school and residency locally at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Anderson is wonderful! He listens to all of my concerns and provides valuable insight. He also listens and interacts with my 4 year old. He talks to her like anyone else and doesn’t just dismiss her due to her being a child. I highly recommend!
