Painful hip, which was discuss with Dr. Melendez and had an injection scheduled for the following day to relieve the pain. Got home and had an e-mail stating I had to wait 2 weeks for clearance from Florida Blue. Been a patient for over 2 years and would have thought this would have been taken care of. There's no problem with my insurance and would have gladly paid cash to rid myself of the pain. Very, very disappointed...

Dr. Melendez is exceptional. Jasmine is young and shows a bit of an attitude. Remember, people go to the doctor because they don't feel well. Going out of the way to be nice is expected. We don't care if you're fighting with your boyfriend or you have a hangover. Believe it or not, I can see a smile behind a mask. You are lucky to work for such a wonderful doctor. Don't screw it up.
