Painful hip, which was discuss with Dr. Melendez and had an injection scheduled for the following day to relieve the pain. Got home and had an e-mail stating I had to wait 2 weeks for clearance from Florida Blue. Been a patient for over 2 years and would have thought this would have been taken care of. There's no problem with my insurance and would have gladly paid cash to rid myself of the pain. Very, very disappointed...

He is very thorough with his evaluation and medical recommendations to help you obtain more quality of life. I have sustained countless medical issues and endured over 20 years of pain. With Dr. Melendez's expertise, I have regained activities that I couldn't do in the past. I would rate him a 10 on personality.
