Dr Ramanathan is great and I really like him. However I really dislike the office staff as they are very robotic and treat people like a slab of meat. Very unpleasant, unprofessional treatment today if I didn’t like Dr Ramanathan so much I would not go back. I encourage the office manager to call me if he/she is interested in addressing the human element this staff so desperately needs.
