Dr. Anam Azeem, M.D., is a Board-certified Physiatrist with fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Management. She specializes in evaluating and treating spine disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, neurologic conditions, and sports-related injuries, including neck pain, back pain, peripheral joint pain, tendinopathies, and neuropathies. Dr. Azeem performs ultrasound-guided soft tissue and joint injections, as well as fluoroscopically guided interventional spine procedures, using a multifaceted, patient-centered approach to manage and alleviate pain.
She is very nice. I believe that her concern is real. I think we will have a good Doctor and patient relationship.
