Dr. Ballester was awesome! Today was my initial appointment with her to establish care. I had such a pleasant appointment. She took the time to hear me out and not once did she make me feel rushed and most importantly I felt heard by her. She wanted to make sure that we covered everything, and anything that I didn't understand she made sure to explain it to me. I also learned some new symptoms to look for that may happen before a flare-up which is very helpful to me. She also went over all of my medications that I had written down for her with me, which has become an uncommon practice with many doctors nowadays. I would certainly recommend this doctor to whomever needs a Rheumatologist.

Lovable caring doctor

I highly recommend using Dr Ballisrerer-Fiallour rheumatologist. With her only once a week at the Gonzaba clinic, I waited 8 weeks to finally get an appt….I have been in severe pain with my rotator cup in both shoulders. She i Informed me in great detail on the status of further treatments. Pls consider increasing her hours at the clinic for better use of her time and experience, esp for patients like me in severe pain.

Dr. Ballester -Fiallo is a caring and conscience Doctor. She shows genuine concern for me and inspires me to open up with my health concerns. She is easy to talk to and friendly, am very glad she is my doctor.
