The best Dr. I've had the pleasure of meeting! Yes patients wait, but it's well woth it to see and talk to a a Dr.who sits down and wants to know about you and your home and work experience. Ask about children and grandchildren. As a new patient I was very impressed with her bedside manner and caring. She's very through. I like to see thus kind of care at the Pleasanton location

Dr. Ana Ballester-Fiallo, a native of Puerto Rico, moved to San Antonio in 1987. She earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and went on to continue her residency at the University District Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Ballester served in the Armed Forces (Army) during Desert Storm 1989-1993. Dr. Ballester-Fiallo completed a Fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Puerto Rico and University District Hospital. She also received a Fellowship in Clinical Immunology from the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Ballester-Fiallo is Board Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She was also an Instructor of Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico and UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. She joined Gonzaba Medical Group as a Rheumatology Specialist in 2014.
Dr. Ballester-Fiallo is fluent in English and Spanish.
