I have been her patient for over 10 years and I have never had any issues or have I ever been displeased with her performance with me, I would truly recommend her as I have in the past.

Dr Ballester is awesome! She has been my Lupus doctor for almost 15 yrs. She is very knowledgeable about Lupus and stays on top of any new medication. She will tailor your medication to your specific health needs. She is a #10 :)

Dr. Ana Ballester-Fiallo, a native of Puerto Rico, moved to San Antonio in 1987. She earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and went on to continue her residency at the University District Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Ballester served in the Armed Forces (Army) during Desert Storm 1989-1993. Dr. Ballester-Fiallo completed a Fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Puerto Rico and University District Hospital. She also received a Fellowship in Clinical Immunology from the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Ballester-Fiallo is Board Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She was also an Instructor of Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico and UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. She joined Gonzaba Medical Group as a Rheumatology Specialist in 2014.
Dr. Ballester-Fiallo is fluent in English and Spanish.
