I really like the Dr. HOWEVER I'm always very frustrated with over hour waits to get in for appointments. Yestrday it was one hour and 15 min. It's always been this way.

Insurance fraud. No matter the "acceptance" of my first and secondary Medical Insurance with zero, 0, copay I left the place paying $120 for a "prescription fee" regarding a necessary prescription for a contact lens product. Fees that are not coded, not billable to Either Anthem Blue Cross or Medicare. An expansion of this approach is to bill for "occupancy" of an exam room. Add to that an "admission fee" to cross the threshold of the outer office. Predatory "fees" become normal and unlimited. Do NOT expect Medical Insurance, no matter how inclusive, to get you in or out of this trap without looting your wallet. The exam and chat afterward are very standard and completed with a cordial and civil summary of medical realities.

She is a super nice person and I have all the confidence in her to take care of my eyes.

Your office needs to do a better job of being on time. I had an 8:30 appt which I arrived for ten minutes early as requested. I wasn't called back until 9:55?? How can you be behind 25 minutes that early in the morning. Your patient's time is just as important as that of your office. I remember last year in having an afternoon appt it was over 30 minutes before I was seen.

Experienced and professional

Everything from the initial exam to the pre-op exam to the surgery itself went as well as one could expect. The surgery itself went like clockwork and my vision is now 20/20, so they hit a home run!
