I think she is very nice. However, I went in for weightloss and received nothing. I waited for weeks to see her. I was told that my insurance would not conver weightloss injections and that they were very expenseive. (Never asked if I wanted to proceed.) Then when I asked about weightloss medication in pill for that is available and covered she agreed they were available then didnt provide them. I left feeling defeated after waiting all this time and having done my part before the plateau of my weightloss journey.

Dr. Strassburg is always so friendly. She takes her time and patiently answers all your questions.

Dr. Strassburg is excellent. She is attentive and listens to the patient's input. She communicates clearly and makes sure the patient understands diagnoses, directions, prescriptions, etc.

The doctor is busy. I get that. It seems however, that she is less interested in myself as a patient, then in determining which, if any, of the issues I bring to her attention can be referred elsewhere. She does not seem interested in me or, my presented problems, but in how quickly she can dispatch everything. She asked for a few to none questions to clarify what I was talking about.

Dr. Strassburg is amazing! She was recommended to me by a very close friend, and I saw her for my first visit today. She is so attentive, intelligent, and kind. She truly listened to me, and addressed my concerns. I am excited to have a doctor who I can feel is truly in my corner.

The wait was over 2 hours.

Dr. Strasburg is the best! And I always fell confident in her diagnosis.

UTI!went 2 the lab to give a urine sample around 10am. I called back around 3:30 pm in regards 2not getting any results frm the 1st sample from this morning. Recieved a call back from a nurse around 3:44pm told me that they did not run my urine sample from this morning & that I was needed 2 come back to give ANOTHER urine sample. I get back 2 the lab for my 2nd urine sample & was told by the lab that my results already came back this morning for my 1st urine sample & that they were told to do a pregnancy test on the 1st urine which doesn’t make sense due to me clearly stating I was there for a uti. 2nd urine sample the lab told me that results were in & to check w front desk. The evening receptionist that was working the check in desk was very UNPROFESSIONAL and acted as if she had no clue as to what she was doing. I told the receptionist that the lab said my results came back already and that I needed the results. I almost died from a uti so it is very important that I know my results

I thought she was ok and treating me properly, but this visit showed me otherwise. She basically laughed in my face and went back and forth with me like I’m a liar in regards to the pain that I am experiencing.
