Doctor was very personal. He explained very clearly what my condition was. He told me step by step how he was going to treat my condition. After that discussion I felt like all my questions were answered clearly.

I checked in as requested at 3:45 for my 4pm appointment. Then was not even seen because at 4:18 I checked with reception and they said they were not even close to calling me back for my appointment. I asked to reschedule because it was 18 mins past my scheduled appointment time. I had somewhere to be 5pm and the receptionist said I would still be in the room at 5pm. I feel they over scheduled patients and don’t respect patients time. The clinic has a policy that if you check in late you will be rescheduled so I’d expect that same consultation of my time as well. I’m all for patient care. I feel this is an over scheduling issue. Patients time should be respected too.

Dr. Bahia spent time explaining the difference between the TAVR and the SAVR and answered all my questions. I felt confident with my decision to do the TAVR.

Glad he is my physician. He knows who I am as a person, not just a patient.
