He is definitely one of the BEST!!! He has so much concern for his patients. He doesnt rush and he makes sure he covers everything....He does not leave anything unaddressed!

Dr. Amin attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he earned Bachelor Degrees in both Chemistry and Biology. He earned his doctorate from the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine, located in Cole Bay, Sint Maarten. His internal medicine residency was completed at Greenville Hospital System in South Carolina. His fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology were completed at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, where he was also named a chief fellow in cardiology.
Dr. Amin is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association. He completed a fellowship in advanced peripheral interventions with Dr. Craig Walker and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
