Since my initial visit with Dr Zelnak, I appreciated how open she is always to answering any questions or concerns the patient has. It has always been my approach to medical care that the patient should be well informed , so he/she can work as a team with his/her doctors. It creates a doctor/patient relationship based on both trust and collaboration.

Extremely warm, caring and so helpful.all my questions were answered with clarity and consideration. All my apprehensions melted away. I feel very secure under her care. Great blessing

Dr. Zelnik did a great job in my consultation with her. Giving me a lot of information and stats. It was obvious that she had gone through my records thoroughly and completely. The visit helped me make a lot of decisions that were weighing heavily on my mind. I appreciate her and will ask her to continue to follow me through my cancer journey For the next five years and beyond if need be.

Very knowledgeable and compassionate. She spent a lot of time with me making sure that I understood the information she was imparting. It is obvious that she is highly qualified in her field but it is also obvious that the care and welfare of her patients are her main concern. She certainly put me at ease. She made me feel like I was an important part of the team. I would highly recommend her Unfortunately, this is my second encounter with ACC. My husband was a patient at ACC sixteen years ago. Both experiences have been outstanding. The entire staff of ACC goes out of their way to provide superior and compassionate care to patients and their families during a stressful and scary time.

Dr Zelnak was incredible! She explained everything and answered every question and explained every detail. When one of us asked a question that we forgot she had just answered 3 minutes earlier, she answered it again with as much kindness and detail as she had the first time. She is very comforting, she educated us and never made us feel inferior. She has a gift.

She educated and guided me along my breast cancer journey. She is hands down the easiest doctor to understand, converse with and is highly personable. Her deep knowledge of cancer and expertise in targeted treatment is world-class. I’ll be forever grateful to her and my incredible surgeon for saving my life. I am now cancer free!

From the first step in the door through seeing the doctor this is a high quality experience. Everyone can be trusted to treat us with compassion, kindness, respect and professionalism.

I felt like she was in a rush. She didn't seem interested in my "small talk". Maybe it was because I was near the end of the day and she was ready to go. Other than that, she is always professional.

Since my BC diagnosis eight years ago, Dr. Zelnak has continued to provide keen direction, positive support and all questions worthy. Would not want to go through this process with anyone else.

Dr. Zelnak has been not only an amazing Oncologist throughout my cancer diagnosis and journey, but also the best caregiver. She honestly wants the very for me and is determined to provide the very best care. It means a lot when you’re treated as a cancer patient and not just a number.

My 5th year of a Cancer Free Life is 2023. Memories of surgery, human care, and the superior attention from Dr. Amelia Zelnak & her staff lifted my spirits along the way. This is my 79th year. I believe that each of you who touched my life with saving grace will carry my gratitude with you. I am blessed by Dr. Zelnak and her Staff for my 5 lovely years.

Not sure what was off but my experience was different from any other visit I have had! I don’t know if it was because I was seen at the end of the day and she was tired or if she is burnt out as the lack of empathy was gone. This could have been a virtual appointment & a waste of my time! “Everyone gets Covid” when explaining I got Covid after going back to work for the first time since treatment and not to worry about my blood work since they couldn’t draw blood as I look “Fine” was not right! Also when trying to make small talk about my daughter starting high school and not wanting her to grow up almost became combative with the comment that I should want her too and reflecting on your experiences with your daughter. I cried my eyes out when I got to my car and will never step foot back in this practice again!!! None of my questions were completely answered and I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to her & not a former patient!

Dr Zelnak is a very caring and smart doctor. She puts me at ease and explains everything very thoroughly. I’m so thankful that she’s my doctor!
