The appointment took over 3 1/2 hours. My eyes did not dilate, not sure if tech used the correct drops? In an exam room, then back to waiting room 5 times. Attention form doctor was sporadic and confusing, I. My opinion.

Optometrist was great. I was warned ahead of time about bedside manner but didn't see any of that. The office is like musical chairs, I can see tha6lt being hard on the elderly population.

Found out if you are Medicare, you have to complain before you are treated. This is per the doctor herself. If she sees something that needs care, unless you make a complaint about it, nothing will be done. Otherwise Medicate won’t pay for the service. So the payment runs the care.
