I was disappointed that this doctor appointment even occurred. I feel that my previous test results that were provided to him could have been read beforehand and his inability to help me determined prior to us both wasting an appointment slot which another patient could have used. He immediately referred me to a different doctor in his practice as he was not able to help me at all. On a positive note, Dr Ali was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Ali was very concerned about my well being especially since I had recently been diagnosed with covid as a high risk patient. He reviewed test results, discussed next steps and initiated a new wellness plan.

Dr Ali has been my cardiologist for over a year and a half. He is very easy to talk to and answers all of my questions. I had a reaction from statin, upon receiving my blood work, I was instantly called to get into the ER and he worked with my team of doctors to get to the cause and find the medication I needed to cure my liver. I am grateful for Dr Ali, my team of doctors and physical therapist that have gotten me through my stroke and also my liver issues. I felt that I was and still am being well cared for. After preliminary check up by the nurse I had to wait in Doctors room for more than 30 minutes as the contact person had not conveyed the message till I came out of the room and asked some one. Also no exact date was discussed for next visit only after five months and was told we will call. This was not practiced before during previous visits. Needs to update staff to be diligent and dedicated.

My visit was for an ultrasound scan of the abdominal aorta. Jessica was the ultrasound tech. She was fabulous.

I sat in the examining room for 30 minutes before the dr. came. It was also 30 minutes that I waited in the waiting room before being put in the exam room.

Gray intro visit, covered all the known issues and possible directions, made a comprehensive short term plan. Never rushed, very thorough. Appreciated that I felt I was the only patient in the building while the doctor was with me.

What an awesome Dr.

Appointment went well. However, a test was ordered, scheduled and then canceled at the last minute because of a ‘scheduling conflict.’ I was told I would get a call back from nursing staff to discuss my concerns, as the test was due to my heart beating irregularly. I never received the call even though I have to wait and additional 3 weeks for the test.
