4 stars for professionalism of doctor. Minus 1 star for not following hippa and disclosing privacy practices at first visit....or knowing where they were since I asked.

Doctor Detterline was very professional and he took time to listen to me. He explained to me what my X-rays showed and his recommendation for a knee replacement. I liked him .

I went in thinking I needed a knee replacement - a recommendation by my former orthopedic surgeon! Dr. Detterline said no. Not necessary. He gave me a cortisone shot and said if this doesnt work, we can go in and clean it up a bit. He could have told me anything under the sun. Yet, he chose to be honest. If I ever need surgery, he will be my first and only choice going forward. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
