Dr Butler was not gentle, he did not take his time. He actually ripped the tape holding a luer adapter on my mother in law’s face, off. She’s 75, he could have taken the top layer of skin off. The report he sent to her family Dr was not accurate. He did not ck both of her ears, and if he had he would have noticed she has one intact tympanic membrane not two as stated in his report and she has not had nosebleeds her whole life. Not sure how he concluded that but again, inaccurate.

I feel the visits, I had with Dr Butler was a waste of time we're not any closer to knowing what's wrong than the first appointment. This is my 5th appointment. I was told 2 completely different stories. I think his services didn't match my problem. I already knew what he told me I had gerd. It's more than that and not from gerd. This didn't happen until July 26th 2024. The same day the plastic surgeon out of the blue said he couldn't do anymore for me and walked out of the room. Something isn't right here and I need to find out asap what it is so I'll be seeing a different Ent in the future. He is a nice enough doctor a little to bossy and not finding out anything I already knew on my own. Unfortunately. But I'd still recommend him as a good ent for a different person and a different problem. It just didn't go well for me. But he's a good Dr. And good bedside manor a little bossy for me.

I was asked if I wanted to see dr Allen vs him coming in for an appointment I made with him. The NP? Spoke so loudly when I was having ear discomfort triggered by loud noises. If you feel you have to ask for the doctor to come in, just go get him for the appointment that was made for him. I love Dr Allen, but this appointment was not what I expected.

I have been going to Dr. Butler for many years. He has always been very caring and gets to the cause of my problem. I wouldn't trust any other ENT.
