Dr.Butler and his Physician Assistant were both wonderful. They seem to really care about me as a person and my struggles with my breathing. They started me on medication and will see me again in 2 weeks to follow up. We will go from there. I really like Dr.Butler and his entire staff from reception to the nurse then him and his Assistant. Thank you so much.

Dr Butler spent less than 5 minutes with me. I mentioned on a prior visit he had checked if my reflux had progressed. I asked him if he was going to check and he asked if I was taking meds for it. I replied yes and he said did it help and I said yes and that was it. Won’t be back.

I would have given one star, but Dr. Butler was okay as doctors go. It was the fact that I arrived almost twenty minutes early for my appointment and then still had to wait an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. While I can appreciate taking time with each patient and addressing their concerns, an hour and twenty minute wait is unacceptable. My time is valuable, too. I won't go back or recommend.
