I would have given one star, but Dr. Butler was okay as doctors go. It was the fact that I arrived almost twenty minutes early for my appointment and then still had to wait an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. While I can appreciate taking time with each patient and addressing their concerns, an hour and twenty minute wait is unacceptable. My time is valuable, too. I won't go back or recommend.
I was a bit hesitant about this visit. I wanted to find out the info I needed for my health. Everyone in the office was super friendly. Very pleasant to talk to. Dr Butler was patient and listened to my concerns and we got them taken off. Thank to everyone.

Glad he was able to treat my problem but left small strip of gauze in my nose. Didn’t feel it in nose, but came out when I sneezed later in the night. No problem afterwards so far.
