She seemed to have no interest in me and just wanted me gone. I was forward to her because I had a very sensitive irrational eye and previous doctor recommended her of thin layer which may cause blisters down the road. She recommended me to just take the blue and see someone in two weeks but still see me in a month. I met her and she said it is still high probably because you are following what dr. Harley prescribed yet she changed it. She told me that she doesn’t know why I keep coming back because pressure is not her problem. I was sent to her for pain and irritation and you say it’s better so I am done. There’s nothing more I can do. You need to go back to dr. Harley. She then we are done so you can leave. She just sat at her P.C. and let me without any response. I have never felt so belittled in my life. I can honestly say I will never see her again in my life. I seriously would prefer to go blind than see her again. FYI, I have been with HP/SPE over 20+ years with no negative feed

I keep going back to this clinic every few years because it’s so close to my home and has an impressive list of doctors, but every time I visit I’m disappointed. I’ve found a simple routine eye exam to take an average of 2 hours there. I always have to wait 20-30 min initially to be called back, and then another 30 min in a small room filled with other dilated patients all facing each other - no tv, music or magazines. Then another 15 min in the exam room waiting for the doctor, and at least another 15 in line at the eye glasses store portion of the clinic waiting to get my prescription card, even if I have no intention of getting of my glasses there, because that’s where the card prints out. I’ve also noticed that there’s quite a bit of the doctors saying “well I’m not a x specialist so I’m not going to comment on that concern but can give you a referral” compared to doctors I’ve seen in smaller clinics. Overall the care I’ve received from the doctors is not worth the long wait

Seemed a bit rushed and hurried with answers to my questions. To be honest, she was filling in for Dr. Paulsen, my regular eye doctor, who is on an unexpected medical leave so perhaps Dr. Kelly had a lot on her plate taking on additional patients whom she was not familiar with.

Nice Dr. But I must confess leaving very confused. Felt I did not get enough information to decide which cataract surgery I should get. she said she does the surgery. I had heard there was a laser surgery. Saw that one option was almost $4000 Per eye.when she was showing options. I asked If that was a laser procedure and she said no. She never mentioned how much. Did not tell me if Medicare picked up any part at all on a theexpensive ne. one... I had a friend tell me his laser was less than 2000 an eye.after Medicare. Confused.

She is very short in her speech and seems eager to leave. Her answers to questions are overly simple, not in-depth, to the point where they not fully answer the question. As our time went on, I felt her answers were becoming shorter and more rude for simply asking more questions. I can understand that a day in her life can be busy, but she should be fully focused on one patient at a time. This is not the only time this has happened, which is why I feel compelled to leave this review.

I’m sure Dr Kelly is a very good doctor, but I received what I thought was quite a serious diagnosis, with little explanation. All she said was come back in a year unless your vision deteriorates.

I felt rushed by the technician who did the exam. After the dilation and I was in the waiting room, I was then brought to a room where there was already somebody in it, so back to the waiting room. The appointment took 2 hrs. There was a little confusion, but will definitely come back.

Dr Kelly is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is professional and personable. I’ve been seeing her for several years, she has become my favorite provider in the practice!

Wonderful Dr. only complaint is that you are very difficult to reach. I understand the absence of help in the work force. I am hoping this is soon remedied.

Dr. Kelly did a very good job in explaining the results of my exam. However, she did a poor job in helping me find a way to the exam she wants me to get from a retina physician. As of now, I have no idea how to get there.

She is the reason I choose to visit the Grand Avenue clinic even though I am much closer to one of their other clinics.
