Alienor S. Gilchrist, MD, joined the team at Urology of Greater Atlanta in 2015. You can find her at their Sandy Springs & Stockbridge, Georgia offices. Along with being certified by the American Board of Urology, she is one of a few in the State of GA with the certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Gilchrist brings a unique and much-needed medical perspective to the Metro Atlanta area.

Away from her medical career, Dr. Gilchrist was a top collegiate athlete in track and an Academic All-American. She has two children, speaks fluent French and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

The office seemed a bit overbooked, but staff was great, especially Dr. Gilchrist.
Dr Gilchrist seems like a very competent, knowledgeable doctor. I may not return though, because I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to see her. My appt was in the early morning so there couldn’t have been too much backlog. There were SO many people there! I was just getting ready to leave when she came in. I don’t know if this is usual but it’s still very offputting.
