Dr Zhang is a wonderful doctor!! She is very caring and patient oriented.

I would rate Dr Zhang excellent; however, today we waited 50 minutes before technicians even brought Dad back to check his eyes. Dad us in kidney failure and is 97 years old. He no longer has bladder control. We are blessed he didn’t have a major accident. Yes, he was prepared properly but oftentimes that doesn’t stop the accidents. That is why I addressed the issue up front and after we had sat there 30 minutes before I asked what was the issue. I scheduled what i was told first appointment after lunch because the nurse at Dads facility said that would be best. I am not complaining about the Dr but I do think things could have been more timely. I now lnow that wasn’t her first appointment after lunch.

Dr. Zhang appeared to be very rushed which manifested into being short with her interaction and responses. From the outset, I felt her demeanor was not welcoming and empathetic.
