Very kind and while he could not help me I was given the name of another specialist that might.

He listened to me. Previous hip docs only wanted to continue with cortisone shots.

Dr. Sobh seemed nice but not very informative or talkative for that matter, during my visit outside of just answering the questions that I had or that I thought up while there during our 10-15min discussion. I asked if there was anything he could/would recommend or tell me in regards to me having surgery and I basically got it's up to me when and it's best sooner than later. But I realized after I left There many things that should've been discussed that wasn't like... what is used during surgery to replace your joint? What is it made of? How does it operate? Will physical therapy be required post-surgery? What are the risk? What are the side effects? Etc. Excuse me as the patient for not thinking of all the questions but I would expect that the Dr. Would offer up that information during a consultation, especially since some of my questions could've been elaborated on which could've covered some of my remaining unanswered questions. I will read and research going forward.
