She is very thorough and knowledgeable, discerning all aspects of the patients symptoms, listens to the patient and very informative. I’m so impressed. A breath of fresh air in medicine. Knowledgeable, kind, obviously a leader in this field. Came with high expectations from former patients. Left my appointment feeling I will be in good hands for upcoming surgery.
I appreciate the social skills paired with medical knowledge.
Not looking forward to surgery, but feel I’ll be given first class care.

Her focus of practice is in the field of urogynecology and pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. She offers specialty surgical and non-surgical treatment for women with pelvic floor issues including urinary incontinence or leakage, fecal incontinence, urinary tract infections, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, trouble emptying the bladder or rectum, pelvic and bladder pain and fistulas.
A native of Lebanon, Ind., Dr. Parden earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She completed medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, where she also completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology. She recently completed a three-year fellowship (additional specialty surgical training) in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. She has been practicing in Tupelo, MS for the past two years.
