Good doctor patient relationship Good listener Smiling
Bit cold. On surgery day, No greeting, No how you feeling? Just let me see your arm. Did not inspire confidence.
Dr. Hess and Tony work like a hand in a glove! It is amazing to see them work together…both very professional (yet personable) and competent!
Gave me good care and good advice.
On time and very attentive!
Great service.I was waiting on right away. The staff was very friendly and professional.
Dr. Hess is the best!
He walked in and stood the whole time. Felt very awkward. Then he examined my elbow and proceeded to discuss treatment option I had done before for other elbow.
Dr Hess gets an A+. FOO gets a F for scheduling. Had an 11:15 appointment was not seen until 12:30.
First visit and scheduled my surgery there. The PA explained the surgery in detail with us. The method for addressing my thumb arthritis reduces the healing time by almost ½. I have full confidence in Dr Hess and his staff.
