Dr. Hess was very thorough in evaluating the problem with my left hand. He took the time to explain my condition, answer all of my questions, and discuss the treatment options and next steps. His assistant, Tony, was also very helpful and professional. They both made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my appointment. I truly appreciate the excellent care they provided.

Just recently saw Dr. Hess about my finger which gets stuck in a down position. Called trigger finger. Is very nice. Explained everything clearly. I feel very comfortable having him as my surgeon because he has done surgery for me twice for carpal tunnel. I feel those surgeries were the best things I've ever done for myself! I had no complications and very easy recovery.

2 poks on the sore area, the option of a shot or surgery was his diagnosis. It took less then 30 seconds, he had no time to discuss any thing. Said call back in three weeks. That's not going to happen. I won't go back to see him
