Never saw Hess after waiting over an hour , office asked why I was there, never saw a doctor to review my EMG. Someone did come in to talk about it but do not know who they were. They also should have had my records from the previous surgery I had with Hess but did not

Excellent doctor. Operated my left shoulder and did an wonderful job. My shoulder feels good with no pain. I give him a million stars.
