When surgery happens you don’t cut a muscle without reattaching it somewhere. It can lead to kidney failure and death . Needs reported to board of health

She kept me waiting for an hour past my appointment time and was obviously rushed when entering the room. She was extremely rough while evaluating my injury, jerking my arm into various positions despite having seen confirmation of the injury via an MRI.

Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Dr. Starks grew up surfing, sailing, and swimming. She competed in sailing at a collegiate level at Washington College where she met her husband, a Lancaster County native and looks forward to contributing her unique skill set to Lancaster and Lebanon communities.
Dr. Starks is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to better serve the Spanish speaking patients in our area.
