The office is always incredibly disorganized and the systems don't work. Every time I go in I have to fill out forms I already filled out online. Dr. Lubin was 30 minutes late to my appointment - which happens often. I had to leave before I was able to be seen. He has yet to give me medical advice that treats the root cause rather than the symptom. I have been seeing him for a year.
