Simple trigger finger release was botched.

I went to Dr Lampley with what I thought was carpel tunnel. He diagnosed me with arthritis. He explained my options in a way I understood and helped me get pain free. I am so thankful I found him.

Kind, concerned, explains everything very clearly. And as this is my 2nd surgery (both shoulders) he has done this year, without the even the smallest hiccup, he is a most excellent surgeon, and I say this as a retired nurse!!

This is not a negative comment about Dr. Lampley but just my opinion that SOS should provide patient information paperwork concerning whatever their problem is. For example I broke my arm and it would have been nuce to have guidance to use at home as this was a brand new experience for me. I also think the entire staff could show more compassion for patients injuries and pain. Again, not referring to Dr Lampley

Wow I could fill out all the required information they needed online ahead of time. They got me right in to get X-rays of my hand. The doctor had the results right away and we decided the best option going forward. The most pleasant experience in have had at a doctors office ever. Way to go!

Dr Lampley has excellent ! He was on call when i suffered a major finger injury. He performed surgery the same day and got back up and running. He was kind compassionate and helpful. So much so, that as we passed through St. Augustine I went to see him about a trigger finger that had Developed. So glad I did!
