This is not for Dr. Samples because I didn't even get the chance to meet him. I am deaf and need an asl interpreter. This office uses VR (virtual reality) interpreters but the problem is their internet connection sucks so they could not connect to their tablet to get the interpreter. How about not being so cheap and get an in person interpreter? Now I have to suffer for another 4 weeks because they had to reschedule. Ridiculous! And Im stuck going to this practice because it is the only orthopedic office in my area. Rotten what these medical practices are doing.
Dr. Alexander Lampley graduated with honors from Bucknell University and Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. After studying Orthopaedic Surgery at Duke University Medical Center he completed his fellowship in hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery at the esteemed Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center. Dr. Lampley specializes in the treatment of all disorders of the upper extremity including shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand pathology in both adults and children. He is trained in arthroscopy, minimally invasive surgical approaches such as endoscopic carpal tunnels, and microvascular surgery. Dr. Lampley has particular interests in peripheral nerve surgery, sports-related injuries, arthritis surgery, shoulder and elbow surgery, trauma surgery, and upper extremity reconstruction utilizing nerve transfers and tendon transfers. He is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Piedmont Orthopaedic Society.
