This is not a negative comment about Dr. Lampley but just my opinion that SOS should provide patient information paperwork concerning whatever their problem is. For example I broke my arm and it would have been nuce to have guidance to use at home as this was a brand new experience for me. I also think the entire staff could show more compassion for patients injuries and pain. Again, not referring to Dr Lampley

He didn’t really know what the problem was…didn’t let me explain much. This is second trip come back in three weeks. He says he has no real answers for my joint pain and hand swelling three Months now. I just want some relief that he doesn’t seem concerned about.

He was on time for my visit with him; he listed to my concerns and asked questions to make sure the problem I was having what was the correct diagnosis and the final point at the end of the appointment he asked me if I had any further questions. The office staff was amazing and got me right in to see the doctor as I was in serious pain. Athough it wasn’t a tear or shoulder issue he recommended me to another doctor in the practice and was able to see him for pain management and chronic neck pain the next morning.
