I had an infusion on 8/25. As usual the care I received from the Infusion staff was outstanding. Jessica is always upbeat funny and always treats each one of us as if we were family. She and her co-worker (I forget his name) are truly a team and work together seamlessly.
I hate to knock off a star for what followed but it needs to be addressed.
I did develop a severe rash shortly after I left the building and contacted the Infusion # to inform them. Contacted Office at 10:30-11am on Wed. Left message for Jim Daulton to contact me - did my dosage change? Never received call back. Contacted Office/Jim Daulton again on 8/26 @ 2:30pm. Christine, Admin Asst. was told by Jim to tell me to go to Urgent Care if persisted. No answer to question about dosage. This is not the first time or issue I have had with this PA. I will not be treating with him in the future.

I don't seem to get any responses when I send a message. And Infusion sent me home yesterday after my Infusion with no directions on what to do if I have side effects.

Kayla is the very best at IV insertions…
I do not even feel even the slightest pinch in the vein in my wrist which is always difficult with others.

Later, I was inspired to train in the field of rheumatology which took place in New Orleans at the Louisiana State University Health Science Center.
I am excited to return to northern Arizona to serve the community in which I originally trained in internal medicine and to spend more time with my two wonderful kids!"
