My surgery experience was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. I rated Dr. Higgins a 10 because he truly is an amazing doctor. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything in a way that the average person can understand. He answers every question and never makes you feel like he is rushed or doesn’t have time for you. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Higgins actually listens. He hears my concerns, takes them seriously and gives me honest and straightforward answers about my care and treatment options. I always feel informed and comfortable with the plan moving forward. Dr. Higgins is an outstanding doctor and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received from him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest physician.
